President Biden said the pandemic is over on an interview on 60 Minutes. Outside of the headline, he said "the pandemic is over. We still have a problem with COVID. We're still doing a lotta work on it. It's--but the pandemic is over."

We have mostly been living like it's over around here, but still treating people like they're disease vectors, and curious at every sniffle or headache we have.

But pandemic into endemic is probably not inaccurate.

I'm a little less concerned, being recently boosted, but it is still a real thing, and until more health officials and world leaders declare it over, I think it's still the spikes and surges we need to watch out for.
