It's Constitution Day in the Marshall Islands, celebrating that day in 1979 when the adopted their new independence from the US and other conquerors and liberators.

Here, in the US, spring is fighting to gain ground against winter. It's occasionally still very cold and alternatively deceptively sunny. A little rain is rewarded with a little snow. Not always the case, but sometimes the case.

Nothing big planned for today, beyond maybe some mentions of the day in the RMI. The little little has a play date set up with some classmates at the park, if it stops raining.
