Today, he woke up with another 100°F fever, but by bedtime, it was almost normal.

The wife suggested holding off on the fever-reducer unless he complains, or maybe if it goes much higher or if it doesn't break before bed. Not long after, he said he was uncomfortable, so I gave him a shot. He was fine for the rest of the day.

By dinner time his temperature had dropped into the low 98°F range. By bedtime it was back under.

He still wanted to go to bed early. He often does, so this wasn't unusual.

We also heard back about our COVID tests this morning, and everyone's negative. Still no COVID here.
