The women went on an adventure while the men stayed poolside.

We split up for breakfast. The wife didn't want buffet, but the kids did, so I took them to the buffet and she went off to enjoy proper service in the other restaurant. We met up after and tried to make plans for the day. There was some resistance by boyo about going to see things not at the hotel. Rather than fight him all day, the women took off to explore while I stayed back to watch him swim.

He donned swimwear, but I wore regular shorts. I'm not here to swim every day, although I should swim more. I didn't plan well and left everything in the room, but the women brought my sun shirt to me so I could hide from the sun. Since I didn't bring my book, I sat poking at my phone until the battery got critically low, then I just relaxed in a chair until everyone was done.

He made friends, and stayed in the pool pretty much all day. I had about eight piña coladas and a couple mojitos, and he had a handful of chocolate shakes (made not with ice cream, but just heavy cream and ice, with chocolate sauce). We split some burgers and chicken, because we ordered the chicken and they delivered burgers, but also delivered chicken when I pointed out they'd delivered the wrong thing and they wanted to make it right.

No one wanted dinner, having eaten late enough in the afternoon, so we grabbed some snacks from the Market and returned to the room.

Back in the room, everyone is enjoying some AC and soft seats, including me. I came out to the balcony for a little bit, but just to capture this, and I'm going back inside to watch the rest of whichever Toy Story movie is playing, if it's still on.
