Moussaoui Gets Life
It was announced today that al Qaeda conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui, the apparent "20th 9/11 hijacker," has been sentenced to life in prison.
When I read the first article about this, I took the "found eligble for execution" to be the verdict, and I actually wrote a whole entry on how I thought that wasn't quite right.

That takes care of that. Whew!
I wasn't terribly happy that he got the death sentence. I wasn't sure if it was justice or just revenge. Now I'm not sure I'm happy that he's not getting the death sentence.
Now we've got to support this terrorist in our prisons until he dies. I'm sure this will be sooner than later, as he's not likely to survive long in an American prison that isn't over-Islamic-populated. He may be a jihadist hero and get some protection, but I think enough of the wrong element will give him what they think he deserves; Jeffrey Dahlmer didn't last long, either.
In my now-snipped rant I was concerned that KSM would get off easier. Surely his hand in the attacks was more direct in the result, and his punishment should be much more severe.
Now the passion has lessened and I'm out of wind. I'll try to gather steam and rant later.
