I heard that Punxsutawney Phil emerged and "saw" his shadow this morning, so by groundhog forecasting there's to be another six weeks of winter. Here, it's so foggy that it's impossible to tell there's a sky, muchless any shadows.

It rained yesterday. It's raining in spurts today. It's supposed to continue raining tomorrow. Oh, and there's been spotty snow, and the temperature is such that a stiff breeze could drop it to freezing--probably permanently if history means anything.… more »

I know that it can snow as late as June in Minnesota, and that snow in April isn't terribly uncommon.
