I saw the headline, Regulator unveils help for underwater homeowners and was for a moment thinking that there were enough homes purposefully built beneath the surface of the water to warrant regulation.

Then, just about as fast, I realized it was probably talking about flood victims. Checking the article proved to be the latter case.

Of course, there's still hope, currently in the form of floating homes like the Jellyfish, and the promise of underwater hotels like Poseidon in Fiji.
