AI and Backup Server Offline
My lab server that runs my Ollama instance and has the network backup storage seems to be unable to boot after the last update.
It looks like one of the drives has a bad block size configured, or somehow the partition table got corrupted. There was a "warning" that a disk needed to be checked, as happens after enough time or reboots, so I let it go as that usually goes just fine.
I'm hesitant to wipe it as it's the primary backup for so many things. By definition those things should be elsewhere, too, many on their sources, but it is the archive for some old systems with data that hasn't found a new home.
I'm going to work to recover the drive, but, of course, it's frustrating. I just thought I'd make note so I can remember.
