Visited the dentist for the first time in about a year.

Caused more by changing health care plans than other delinquency, we've put off visiting the dentist for too long. The wife found openings at a shop just down the street, and we all got appointments in the morning.

The usual talk about flossing more, but otherwise nothing outstanding. Not that anyone would even want to hear about visiting the dentist in the first place...
