It's been almost a year since 17 May, 2024, but it's here now!

Last spring, Steve Jackson Games announced the Munchkin Big Box. I vacillated a bit, as it's largely a collection of things I already have. There are a few new things, too, plus some promises of unique items, and the notoriety of having it sit on the shelf with the other collected things. Honestly, though, my Munckin things are stowed in boxes under my desk at the moment.

Eventually I joined in and bought a copy. The updates continued as the participation kept growing, and the pledged add-ons kept adding on, which is what usually seems to happen to SJG offerings. The Backerkit campaign ended, and the updates for manufacturing and shipping promises started. There was one update related to the recent tariffs, but it came with a promise to not change any prices or ask for more shipping costs to be covered, which is pretty awesome. I received my shipping notice, with an anticipated of delivery on 17 April, but it took until after the weekend to actually get here.

I haven't opened it, and I see that I already noted its purchase in my Munckin things list, but I thought I'd note its arrival, especially since it's been so long.
