The low-lying clouds held enough moisture to create a rainbow this morning.
The clouds didn't rise far enough into the sky to put the top of the rainbow's arch on, however, leaving the just-over-the-horizon ball of sun wrapped in parenthesis. Kind of like a sleepy emoticon from mother nature.

Except for staying in the center of my windshield for much of my hour-long commute this morning, it was an interesting effect.
